HoloCouncil Shimejis are your desktop companions (in the form of the Hololive Council girls) that moves around your screen. Aside from walking and running around, they do all sorts of things that aren't too distracting for you. They're mostly just there to chill and vibe with you!
There's READMEs included in the archive, and it comes in four languages: English, and machine-translated Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Please do give them a read!

NOTE:
Mobile version is not supported. This is strictly a PC version, and I have no plans of adjusting the sprites to make it available for it.

Install instructions

═══ Requirements ═══
1. Windows XP or higher.
2. Java (most preferrably, Java 8).
═══ Installation ═══
1. Make sure you have the necessary requirements for the program to run.
2. Extract the contents of this archive to a folder.
3. Double-click the Shimeji-ee Executable Jar File (Shimeji-ee.jar).
4. Check if the program is running by looking for the tray icon, and wait for the shimejis to fall down.
5. Voila! You have your very own smol HoloCouncil companions.
